Don’t let other reviews scare you! This is great!
From many other reviews about this product, I was very scared I would either gag, vomit, double over in stomach cramps, have explosive diarrhea or all of the above. None of this happened. At all. I have tried quite a few juices, health shots and strong boozy shots throughout my adulthood. I can say that, while this product does not taste great, it is by no means the worst of the shots I have tried in my lifetime. It has an interesting cooling sensation on the way down, from some minty ingredient most likely- but has a strange mix of flavors. It is not too thick so it doesn’t coat your mouth too much. Definitely don’t let it linger for too long in your mouth- just throw it back and drink or eat something to make sure it doesn’t bother you if you have a sensitive stomach. It didn’t bother me, I just drink some water with it and that’s enough for me. I am hoping to boost my immune system right now and see how it does, I take it once every evening. This seems to be a high quality product. I am happy to have found it.

Saved my weekend
A few days before a weekend where I had made plans that really could not be altered, I started getting the tell-tale signs of an impending cold: chills, aches, scratchy throat. A friend of mine who is a retired nurse suggested I give this a try. She’s usually pretty skeptical about “natural cures,” but she keeps a bottle of ACF on hand at all times. I have difficulty taking traditional cold medicines–they either knock me out or make me feel spacey. I started taking this as soon as it arrived. 12 hours later, I felt noticeably better. 24 hours later, I felt almost well. I was able to carry on with all of my weekend activities without being in a medicated fog. While there is no replacement for rest and fluids, taking a day off and staying in bed is not always possible. I highly recommend ACF if you need to work or attend an important event in spite of a cold. I will keep a bottle of this on hand from now on. I think if I had been able to take it as soon as I felt that twinge of sickness, I may not have gotten sick at all. Oh, and it absolutely tastes horrible. Fortunately, there is no after taste, so there is only a few seconds of nastiness.

Powerful stuff
I began feeling a difference in my energy and the strength of my immune system after just one dose. I’ve been using it for a month now and I feel it is doing what it is supposed to do. My sinuses are clearer, my lungs are clearer. My immune system feels robust. It is clean and has lots of amazing ingredients. I actually like the taste f it. I know others don’t like the taste but I feel like it has a lot of diverse flavors that just aren’t familiar to my palate. I got used to it after a couple of doses.
