Easy to swallow.
I accidentally purchased tablets and couldnât swallow them. These are better. These are more milligrams than I need on a daily basis so I take one every other day. Next time I need them I will get 500 mg capsules.I have been taking Lysine for over 30 years. I get mouth sores (inside) from anything. Too much acid like tomatoes, too many nuts or sunflower seed of just biting inside my mouth.They are painful and hard to heal. Lysine protects me and I donât get them so easily and they heal fast.My kids asked me about it once. They donât get sores very often but when they do it works almost overnight. Most people only need Lysine for an occasional mouth sore. I think they will help cold sores also.I recommend taking Lysine at night.

Works well for the price
This work well, itâs definitely help improve my condition. However, I would advise to follow the label, when it says take with a meal, please take with a meal. Taking these on an empty stomach will make you severely nauseous and give you stomach pain, mainly because of the Zinc ingredient thatâs in it. As long as you take with food or within an hour after eating you wonât get those nauseated effects.

TAKE WITH FOOD!!
This product should have a warning to take with food. I took just 1 of the supplements (pill) due to a canker sore I had, but I didnât take it with food. My stomach really hurt a couple of hours later, like a painful burning sensation. I thought maybe it was something else that had bothered me, so the next time I had a canker sore I took one just before bedtime. I woke up a few hours later with bad stomach pain.It did help my canker sore though.
