Great massager. Some tips and my feedback/impressions
I was very excited about this product and I didn’t know what to expect. My first initial impressions were of disappointment. In fact, I almost considered returned it after calling Amazon. I mostly felt the amount of pressure the eye massager provided was very unsatisfactory. It originally felt the device was very uncomfortable and gave weak pressure for the most part which I’ll explain later.I decided to charge the eye massager for a significant amount of time and try to use it again. After doing this, the amount of pressure the eye massager was able to provide, was significantly better than what I had experienced the first time. As with most massagers, the amount of pressure it gives, depends on the amount of battery life the device has; which still doesn’t impress me; and why I’m knocking off a star.I highly recommend you give the eye massager device a full charge before use. Only when I allowed the device to was fully charge, was I able to get a good hour or so worth of good/solid pressure and warm enough heat.Secondly, I discovered I wasn’t wearing the eye massager correctly. Now what I mean by this?I was placing it much too far down on my nose.I had it resting on my nose, and thought the eye massager was very uncomfortable; it kept hitting my nose every time it adjusted! Ouch! So after some trial and error, I found placing it where your able to feel the warmest part of heated pad, at eye level, and making he massager is just above bridge of your nose is ideal placement.

Doesn’t reach to temples, slightly uncomfortable
I really wanted to love this, I still think I’ll keep it just because I got such a good deal on it to help my eyes during a migraine, but I wish it was made wider/longer to actually hit your temples! It fits pretty uncomfortably I even let my petite sister try and she complained of the same issue, thinking it was just my face at 1st… but I don’t know of anything else that does these functions on the eyes, with it on while using the massage chair totally put me to sleep the 1st I used it though and it forced me to relax which is why I decided its worth it!

No music volume or off is a deal breaker
So far this is the best feeling massager i have tried. Shiatsu feeling massage on the eyes. Unfortunately the annoying music it comes with which changes every 20secs is too distracting to relax. I called the manufactures and told them that this product should come with a free pair of earplugs if they can’t find a way to stop the musics from switching or turn it off. If they come out with another similar model which you can turn the music off I would consider purchasing it but for now I had to return it.

Do not buy
I don’t know why those YouTuber are rated this as top 2024 eyes massager. This is a joke. Not even touching the eyes area at all. It only gives you a pressure to push down. Not a massager at all. Sorry this is garbage.

I Love this machine, it really does help my eyes. Only 1 problem, I can’t blue tooth to music

We bought one as we wanted a massager with the minimum noises. This model appeared well made and looked fantastic and did what we expected. However the battery has an issue. Contacted Breo Australia and got immediate response. A new replacement arrived in 2 days.5 star products on the web are everywhere. Australia is not a big market so often we don’t see quality products in the local retails. The web shopping filled the gap. However it’s often a question about the service quality. To me, Breo Australia customer scored 5 star.
