This little cloud guy is adorable and squishy! His face is very sweet and the color morphing is great. I really like it itâs calming and even if you donât use it for meditation, itâs a cute night light. I wish it was bigger but thatâs not a deal breaker

I originally got this for my stepdaughter and nephew who both tend to get caught up in their emotions sometimes. The changing lights system makes it easy for them to follow with the breathing even when they’re upset or angry. My husband has used it when he is very stressed out or having a panic attack to help prompt the calming breathing that will help him relax. And I like to use it occasionally just as a mindfulness technique. The lights changing colors really is the perfect guide so you’re not having to think or focus on counting or anything else, you can just focus on your breathing making it highly effective. Definitely recommend!

Itâs okay but not great
I wanted to love this. The appearance is great. It is nicely made. A little small but definitely soft to the touch. Easy to use once you turn it on. However the breath in and breath out performance part was a little off and a lot longer than it should be. So if youâre teaching your littles about taking deep breaths for emotional regulation it didnât really work out to well.

Cute gift
I purchased this as a gift for an adult who is starting out with meditating. It might be designed for kids, but I thought it was cute and she enjoyed it. She sent me a video demonstration, and I think it would be good for beginners. I could also see getting myself something like this to keep on my desk at work, for a mini stress reliever.
