This has definitely increased my lung capacity. It has different weight/size resistance balls so that you can gradually increase your breathing/lung capacity. I like that it has filters that protect against bacteria. It is a great size, which can fit into my purse for use on-the-go.

This product differently does its job. I needed a little help because it sickens me to cough mucus up. Instantly, after using this product I was able to bring up mucus which I’ve suffered from for many years. The only thing is it comes with only 4 filters and the part you blow in does not stay connected to the main base. I have to hole it. I did order more filters and the mouth part. Hopefully it will stay in place while I blow in it. Overall, it’s a great product and it helps with loosen up the mucus in the lungs. I feel a lot better regarding my breathing.

The device works but Iâm not sure the vibrating ball bearing is really doing anything for you. It doesnât seam to be producing strong enough vibrations to be loosening anything. I think itâs more the fact that you are concentrating on making that ball bearing vibrate for as long as you can that is doing something. Any of the other lung exercise devices will probably do just as good of a job. Also the shaft of the devices where the mouthpiece goes into it rapidly developed stress cracks. Over all so far after 3-4 days of using it, I would say itâs worth purchasing as it isnât anymore expensive than the others and if the ball bearing is actually doing something then you have the added benefit.

Loosens mucus
Really help with loosening mucus. Not sure how but it works. I can go most days without drugs to do the job. Great product.
