Provide’s a great shave
I just upgraded from an older Braun shaver that I’ve had for ~25 years – this feels like I’ve gone from a horse & buggy to a modern super car. The shave I get is as good or better than with a blade, with no skin irritation. The pop-up trimmer does an excellent job of trimming sideburns and errant moustache hairs. That said, the unit looks good and is easy to operate. The included charging/cleaning station works well, keeping the shaver clean and smelling good. The included carrying case is a convenient way to store the shaver when not in use.

This is a upgrade from 2 models ago. It is amazing as a shaver. I use it 4 or 5 days in a row and then I do a cream/bladed shave. Gets the face really well and the neck well enough. Vs. the older model ,the trimmer is horrible. I used to trim my pits and other areas with the older models. This one I can barely trim my sideburns.

Excellent quality plus a great warranty.
Very smooth. Itâs perfectly comfortable on the skin. Fantastic compared to my rotary type. Itâs hard to get the ones laying flat, but thatâs what the built-in Precision Trimmer is for. Iâm sure the high precision components make the price go up. But a 2 year warranty compensates for that. Itâs a little loud, but Itâs fantastic.

Great razor for my very sensitive skin.
It’s a great shave and easy on my skin. I rinse it with water after then a hit of Isopropyl alcohol 90% so not much water stays on the blades. I also use a bit on the blades when I first turn it on to use. That way the blades don’t carry any bacteria to my skin. I also use Lectric pre shave and Lectric aftershave. That way I never have a single skin reaction. It took me time to figure this out, how to do it correctly. If I stray from that routine I get bumps, pimples or a razor burn rash even. I have two of these razors one at each place I live at. Great razor.

Razor Works Very Well, Just Lacks Some Info Functions.
This replaced my old Braun Series 5 electric razor, which was functioning well after 8 years…until I dropped and broke it.My only, minor quibble with this new version is that there’s no indicator on the charging/cleaning base showing when it was last put through the cleaning cycle. At first, I thought there was a malfunction, because the base shows the indicator panel, but it never lit up. But after re-reading the less than clear instruction manual, I realized that this model lacks this function. Oh, well. Everything else works perfectly, and this razor shaves me as well or better than my old one.
