The capsules are 3/4 full and the lid is very hard to get back on. Overall, I think its a cheap product.

I was told by a nutritionist to somehow get more vinegar in my diet. She said be careful, vinegar could hurt teeth and indigestion. These capsules are easy to swallow , make sure lots of water.
