Bands seem to be good.
So far so good. These bands have a pretty good build quality so far. Used 5 times this month and they seem to be holding up. They don’t seem to slip or pull on legs while using them. They seem to stay in place. Not to much of a resistance difference between the two but the gray seems a little easier. Use for Liift 4 More on Bodi.

These Power Loops are great! Stay in place compared to resistance bands. Nice to be able to complete exercises without having to readjust constantly. And they were a great price! Definitely recommend these for your workouts.
