Relief in Hand, GREAT Customer Service!
I’ve watched numerous videos online featuring physical therapists Bob and Brad over the years, so when I suffered a fractured tibial plateau, I knew I’d be using their recommendations for rehab when the time came. It was during a PT session at my therapists office that I overheard another client talking about a massage gun he was getting ready to order for his knee injury. He said he’d done extensive research and found one for a good price. I asked him which one he was going to get, and when he said Bob and Brad was the brand, I KNEW it was for me too! I ordered it that day and it has been a life saver for me. Being a 75-yo woman, the ‘gun’ seemed too heavy for me to manage initially, but once I got used to the weight in my hand, it’s been no problem. I use it every day, sometimes twice a day to ease tight tendons and muschle aches. It has options for every ache and pain you can imagine. It charges quickly and holds the charge for a significant period of time. It comes in a great little case to keep all the accessories in one place. Easy to use and easy to carry with me, I love this massage gun. Bob and Brad – they’re the most famous physical therapists on the internet and this is only one reason why!UPDATE: Unfortunately for me, the massage gun stopped charging. FORTUNATELY for me, BOB AND BRAD PRODUCTS stand behind their guarantee and within a few days after contacting them, I had a new massage gun in hand. Fantastic massage gun
I wanted to get something cheap for my forearms and couldn’t find an adequate hand roller that would do the job – even an expensive one. So then I started seeing cheap guns for $25 or so and thought that might be worh it. I saw reviews on some of the popular ones and didn’t want to spend that kind if money on the off chance that it would be good enough.At that point I did a little homework in what the “best” guns were and, of course, you can spend as much money as you’ve got. I looked for a quality affordable model and this one came up. It wasn’t cheap, but there were LOTS of more expensive models that were probably overkill for my needs. Like a lot of things, you probably need to spend around a hundred dollars for quality these days.So I settled on this Bob and Brad model – and I don’t think I could be happier. This thing is solid and looks well made. I think it’s going to outlast me. And the battery is great. My wife and I will both use it in the same day and it barely puts a dent in the battery life. I can see this lasting at least a week on one charge for our usage.It’s got several attachments which is nice and the massage itself is powerful even on low and you can get very deep with it. Totally happy.Anyway, for the price, this is a great value that doesn’t have any compromises that I can see. I highly recommend this gun and will definitley get another if I need one.

Excellent product, excellent customer service
This massage gun has been a godsend. My wife and I both have tight muscles up and down our legs, and using this gun several times a day for several minutes has been transforming. Without needing any pressure to speak of the gun does excellent deep tissue massage. The effects are immediate.Just a little over a month after we bought the C2 it stopped working. A call to their customer support was answered immediately, and we were told the motor had seized and a new unit would be mailed to us. We then got an email saying that, as a show of good will we would receive the C2 Max. We expected just a new massage gun, but what we got was a complete setup with all its attachments. And they made clear the warranty would be extended a year for the new unit. Weâre completely satisfied with this purchase, despite the hiccup in lifetime we experienced.

Fantastic, high-quality product, perfect for home massage
This massager does not disappoint! First, it’s high quality and well-made from the gun itself to the attachments and the case. The attachments and versatility in speed adjustments are great and make it suitable for lots of different purposes. It’s powerful, and personally I don’t use the highest speed because that is too intense. It’s super easy to use. And, the charge lasts a nice long time. I was using it every day in the morning for a while and would charge about once a week. I liked this massager so much I almost bought it for everyone in our family as a Christmas gift last year :-D.

Iâve been occasionally watching the Bob and Brad Physical Therapy informational videos on YouTube for some time. At first I thought they were kind of corny proclaiming that they are the most famous PTs on the Internet (of course in THEIR opinion). Over time I saw a lot of value in their videos. I think I got my first real introduction to professional level massage guns through viewing one of their videos. So, when it came time to consider getting a massage gun to manage occasional muscle soreness after workouts, I was open to the idea of seeing their product line. The entire set of offerings is more than I expected. This model is touted as being small meaning portable and powerful. Since Iâm basically healthy and donât have any particular health issues, when I saw this priced at around 40% off, I got it. This is a basic model meaning it only has 5 interchangeable heads. The internal battery can run this gun somewhere in the range of for 1.5 hours to 2 hours. I canât imagine that I would ever need to run this for more than an hour is one sitting. This gun is hefty and that is probably why is able function well. The entire thing comes in a nice carrying case with charging USB cable (no plug), a couple replacement âringâ parts that normally wear out over time, and instructions on how to use this.

Bought this product.I used it only once. When I tried charging it after use , it didnât charge . Charged it all night but the lights wonât come one and the massager wonât even work.I am a regular shopper from Amazon , but one big set back is once the product is bought and delivered there is almost zero service after that. Now I am stuck with a very expensive massager that doesnât even work and wonât even charge and we have nowhere to go.
