Perfection
I bought this as a two pack due to having a large home. I wanted one upstairs and one downstairs. I was so disappointed at first as one worked and the other seemed to be used and did not work at all. I contacted the company directly. To my surprise, they connected with me immediately and made everything right. Their cusromer service is phenomenal. I was sent a new one immediately and did not have to go through the hassle of a return. My new one arrived today and works perfectly. My home smells amazing and I will order from them again. Highly recommend!!!

This product outputs a lot of humidity and has two levels. I like using it on low for 4 hours for my plants and it does a great job. It’s also more aesthetically pleasing than many others. Now if I could find a humidifier that doesn’t drip when I take the lid off to refill it it would be perfect but that’s probably impossible ð¤£

NOT 30 hours of run time
Buyer beware. This diffuser does NOT last 30 hours on any setting.I struggled when searching for a diffuser. Main requirement was last 24-30 hours. I looked through dozens and settled on this one. It was appealing to the eye, within budget and claimed to work for up to 30 hours.Nope⦠it seems thereâs something with the wiring or the controls are just off. The mist is so strong you can see if from across the room. We bought three diffusers because we have three oils to run 24 hours a day due to a chronic illness. The hope was to lessen the burden of application because we are already doing many many other things with medicine and food.I contacted customer support, presented my ideas and was told to unplug it and plug it back in, and to check for water in the air pipe. These actions yielded no other result. They did send me another diffuser of the same model. I have yet to see if that one works the same as these three.Sadly, these are going back and we are ordering direct from Young Living. This price point was only $6 less than YL. I chose to purchase on Amazon because of the extended warranty. Butâ¦. The warranty is no good if the product doesnât work from the get go.We have wasted valuable time and oils on these diffusers and are deeply disappointed in the customer service.I would recommend you look elsewhere for your diffusing needs.

Large diffuser
This large oil diffuser and humidifier is a perfect addition to my home. I use this in my bedroom especially at night. It has auto shut off and it also has timers on them. There are different color options and two mist qualities (high and low). I bought a set of essential oils to use with my diffuser which has helped make my home smell really good and also give a calming effect. I definitely recommend this product.
