Effective, does get quite warm. Worked out a couple good knots with it. It has a zipper so that you can open it if it needs to be readjusted. Which will need to be done. The velcro strap holding the mechanical bits in place is flimsy, and eventually broke. Once I superglued the mechanical bits to the housing, it was a perfect little massager. Great pressure leading to great relaxation.

Stopped working but being replaced
Update on this: They have reached out to my concern and are sending replacement! Happy about that I can’t wait to get it.Worked great for about 7months before it just stopped working. It wont power on anymore. I didnât use it every day. MAYBE every week. Took good care and would store away when not in use. I guess for the price thatâs ok versus one thatâs closer to a hundred dollars? But yeah Iâll need another one soon for sure as I have knots and it does help with them a lot! But may look for another brand. Not sure how to get this one to work again, it may be done for good.

Husband opened this on Christmas morning and kept it on for a long time, felt very relaxed and that it really helped get some knots and tension that he struggles to get rid of. Great for the price! Does have to be plugged in to work.

It literally disintegrates into flakes when I turn it on.This material, design, function is very much improved and preferable. It’s very light weight. Pretty quiet. More resilient materials. It works great. Very satisfied.

This works wonderful at massaging out shoulder and back pain. I wish the heat setting was a little more intense you, you can’t really feel it. You get a great massage and a reasonable price. It’s easy to use and set up.
