This will catch on!!
LOVEEE!!! long lasting, not drying. Lasts longer than several of my high prices lipsticks. The ombré effect is beautiful. I have thin lips and it still came out great. I went back and bought the other two colors and bought my friend one.

Cross colors lipstick
I liked that it lined your lips with the color in the middle for the instant ombre look..I didn’t like how dry it was going on had to use lip oil first for smooth application.

Great lipstick
Very soft, easy to glide on. Looks great on the lips.

I want to love it
Ok so the lipstick is creamy, smooth and light as described but it didnât meet my expectations. I thought I would get the ombré look like the model has; instead Iâm left with a light purple color, and thatâs just not my style. Iâm not sure how I feel about the color so Iâm not sure if Iâll be able to wear it out it yet. I really, really want to love it. I love the concept but the finally product is not matching whatâs being advertised! Ugh

Middle red is quite bright…
As long as you’re aware that the middle “red” of Gimme a Beat is quite bright, the other colors may help blend it to what you want. I didn’t quite love the shading, but mainly because I was hoping the darker colors could blend the red better. I think with time and effort it could be a good balance, but it wasn’t for me. That said, the reason I don’t knock off multiple stars, is that color really is a personal thing, and I really loved the concept of having color variants to blend. The red may be a bit much for more fair skin. The main complaint was that it was a tad difficult to take off when the day/night is done.

Just what you needed
I love this lipstick! I have been looking for a color like this for a very long time. It stays on long and even last through dinner. I will be re ordering soon. Definitely worth the cost.

Great gradient effect, nice feel, good price
Gimme-a-beatI was dubious about how this would work, but it is actually great. The colours blend slightly as you apply it, so you donât have to go back and touch up. It lets you have a gradient on your lips with one swipe and one product, as opposed to using a liner (which you still could) and eye shadow/another lip colour. The application is smooth and silky, and my lips don’t feel tacky. It stays on well, though you will have to touch up after drinking. That’s basically all lipsticks, unless you use something like maybeline super stay 24 colour which truly does stay on that long. The simplicity of use and the lovely results make this a lipstick to definitely give a try.The price is also very good.I am pretty pale, but favour dark lip colours so I don’t mind this. If you have darker skin, this will be stunning on you. For lighter skin, this can be a bit bold if you are used to more ‘natural’ tones.

A little thick but pretty fun concept; for darker skin tones
I really like the idea of this lipstick that gives you an ombre lip that gives the illusion of thickness and a bit of a liner. It definitely looks better on darker skin. It’s a bit too bright on my lighter skin tone, but I still like it. The consistency is a bit on the thicker/chalkier side, but it still goes on smoothly and lasts okay. (Like any lipstick, you have to reapply after eating, but it stays on for half a day or so if you don’t.)
