After using this product for about two weeks, I can confirm that it lives up to its promise of stable connectivity. Unlike other headbands I’ve purchased from Amazon, this one doesn’t suffer from poor connections or signal interruptions, which is crucial because getting interrupted during meditation is very frustrating. The design of the headband is quite attractive—it looks a bit large but is actually very lightweight and durable.I love meditating, and this headband has truly turned it into a daily habit. The app offers both guided meditation and free practice modes, each providing dynamic visual and auditory feedback that fully engages my senses to enhance focus. The visual feedback is quite interesting, featuring both natural landscapes and animated scenes. I’ve found this product to be an excellent tool for parent-child interaction. My child can calm down and meditate by watching the animations and listening to the guided cues, which is much more meaningful than playing mobile games!The assessment of meditation states is, in my opinion, very accurate, allowing you to check your meditation state down to the second. The newly added EEG data reports make evaluating your brain activity and thoughts both fun and simple, and there’s no need for an additional subscription!When worn for extended periods, there might be marks on the forehead, but they disappear on their own. This is due to the raised electrodes contacting the skin, a situation I’ve encountered with other products as well, though it doesn’t cause any discomfort.Overall, compared to other products, this meditation headband is reasonably priced, offers stable connectivity, and provides excellent customer service. I suggested adding more natural scene courses and support for external audio to enhance the experience, and they quickly responded, letting me know that these features are in development and expected to be released in October. I am really looking forward to it!

Very accurate and reliable signal – data is depersonalized
This is an impressive instrument. As it first came on and started to triangle its signal, I reached down to scratch my leg. The graph actually reacted to my movement in real time – there was NO lag. There have been no disconnects either. A gel electrode will always beat a metal electrode.As an experienced mediator I can say the “Practice State Curve” is very accurate and responsive. More improvements are to be expected since this is a new product.I would like the option of reducing the data points on the graphs so I can get more on the screen (1/10 of a second is a lot of data). They also need to add the ability to export the data.Someone complained about no privacy and the data going to China. What in the world is China supposed to do with my data? Am I going to go on vacation to China and get interrogated over my EEG numbers? I don’t get it. The data is supposed to be depersonalized, and if it is not who cares.

Comfortable, Relaxing and no connectivity issues
I had too many issues with connectivity with other brands, but I took a risk and tried this one. Pros: Headband is adjustable. It’s so comfortable that I fell asleep with it on. No connectivity issues between headband and phone App. The App is free. I can decide between guided or not guided meditation. I can choose the difficulty level easy, normal or hard. Ajustable time – meditation can run up to 1hr. When the meditation ends, a practice report pops-up showing brain waves recorded and suggestions on how to meditate better. It saves a record of the last 30 times used. As soon as the band is on, if I click the headband icon, I can see the brain waves in real time. Cons: The first time I used the headband I couldn’t connect it because I was clicking on the serial number rectangle, on the empty space, not on the numbers. As soon as I clicked on the numbers it worked. The instructions don’t specify that.

A really great device with AWESOME customer support
I did bump it up from a 4 to a 5. The customer support is absolutely amazing. But as far as the device itself. It’s awesome. Great to see how my meditations are tracking. Having individual breakdowns with Gamma are super helpful for what I’m looking for. Please know that analysis takes a few minutes for longer meditations. But you been go up to an hour and a half. (Picture shown is a 5 minute but that has been addressed).
