Victoria –
amazing product – very effective, mixes well, tastes great
I wanted to wait until I tried 2 different flavors before writing a review, and I’m happy I did – both are great!Flavors: First I tried the salted caramel (not usually a me-flavor, but flavor had most reviews) and it was great. I also tried the chocolicious, which is also delish. Neither flavor is super sweet, which is nice because I mix it into my morning coffee and I don’t usually put any sweetener in my coffee (just creamer) so I wouldn’t like it if it we’re too sweet. There is a little sweetness from the monk fruit but its not overwhelming. PS: chocolicious flavor + coffee + a vanilla creamer of your choice = makeshift mocha!mixability: I mix it into my coffee with a milk frother and that works perfectly, I’ve never seen any powder or sediment, even when I take 30+ minutes to drink my coffee. takes 2-3 seconds to mix.effects: ok, wow. This product works as advertised. I struggle with attention issues and I find this product really helps keep me focused, gives me energy, and powers me through a day of work. I don’t feel like my mind wanders as much as it usually does. I don’t feel like it makes me jittery at all, and I don’t feel like there is a “come down” or any type of adverse effects when it wears off. As a complete *added bonus* – my nails have been looking healthier than I have seen them in a LONG time. My nails are pretty damaged from a decade+ of gel manicures, but (I’m guessing) the collagen in here is giving my nails the rejuvenation they’ve needed for years.Overall – I’m beyond satisfied with this product. I’m on my 3rd tub and I will continue to buy regularly 🙂 10/10 recommend!

I would call this a creamer
I have to admit, this is not what I had expected when ordering it. I am a huge fan of medicinal mushrooms, and of lionâs mane in particular, so I was expecting more-or-less a flavored mix of powders. This is something different – yes, it claims 4.6g of lions mane extract per serving (no concentration is given though, so, as usual with such supplements, actual potency may be whatever) and some reishi, chaga and cordyceps, but there is a lot more to it – 2.5g of collagen (nothing to write home about, but non-negligible) cashew milk powder, coconut oil, mct oil, monk fruit powder, to name a few. It starts becoming a complicated concoction, so make sure to read the list of ingredients before ordering. Fish and tree nuts are listed as potential allergens.Given the complexity and the fat content, I decided to use it as a creamer in my coffee. It works well, the fat (3g per serving) together with the collagen (another 3g of protein) does give some body, and the caramel flavor is pleasant. Make sure to use a blender or a milk frothier – fat does not like dissolving in water, and that shows. I would certainly call the result tasty. What I am not sure about though is the potency – I am very familiar with the effect of lionâs mane, and this one feels a little underpowered. But then, extracts come in all sorts of concentrations, so comparisons there are something I usually not even attempt.Overall, thumbs up for the taste, but I wish I had paid more attention to what exactly this powder is before ordering.

Hit me poorlyð¥´
It did not sit well with me. I was so looking forward to it. Iâm guessing itâs just me but My first try was disaster. Added to coffee & used frother! The smell got me first, I tried it anyway thinking Iâd get over itâ¦. Drank about 1/2 cup & made me gag unfortunately. Combo of smell, texture & flavor. Sorry! Really wanted to like it but my taste buds would not let me – sorry!!

Catamel Mushroom collagen
Yummy salted caramel flavor. Scooersize is small so jar should last a while. Good in blender with ice or in coffee. Healthy drink with no dairy. No artificial sweeteners hard to find.
