Incredible effects!!!
Male 55yo here, I’ve suffered from digestion problems and bloating for nearly 3 decades and nothing worked. Absolutely nothing worked. After running across an ad for Bioma, I thought here’s “another” probiotic, big deal. Well, after checking it out, I could see this was a bit different so I decided what the heck and ordered a bottle. After about 10 days, I really started noticing a difference. My constant bloating and fatigue was gone, even after eating a big meal, and my pants seemed a little looser. The scale shows I’m down only about 4 lbs, but my waist seems smaller, maybe an inch or so. I’m sleeping better and seem to have better energy throughout the day. It’s a pricier than other supplments, but this one actually works. I just ordered the 3 pack as I don’t want to be without this going forward. It’s truly been lifechanging for me. Hope this helps!

Be careful!! Causes diarrhea
Holy cow!! I waited to order these because of the price but the hype was intriguing. I started taking them and the diarrhea was almost instant. When I say instant, I would be in the bathroom with diarrhea with in a couple hours of taking. TMI (sometimes parts of the pills would come through not completely dissolved). I was for the most part regular before I took these. I was looking at good gut health because of my age, mid 40’s, and recent weight gain. I did not have diarrhea before I started taking them but sometimes depending on where I am in my cycle it can cause constipation or diarrhea. I tried to stay on it for a couple of weeks just to try to get it in my system. I was so glad when I stopped them and the diarrhea stopped. I was to the point that I was afraid to leave the house and thought something was seriously wrong. I do not recommend you take these unless you are suffering from constipation or they are recommended by a physician. Holy crap (literally ) if did not know 2 little pills could be so awful to your body. Be careful people!!!!

Life changer
I am now on my second bottle of Bioma probiotics. I have always struggled with being regular and can honestly say this is a complete life changer for me. It has not helped me lose weight, however it has made my tummy very happy. I no longer get an upset stomach when I have sweets, dairy etc. I also have no more bloating. I would HIGHLY recommend giving this product a try.

Great for digestion but not for weight loss
I have used these probiotics for a month. I do seem to be more âregularâ without any upset tummy. However, they advertise it for weight loss – I have lost 1 lb for the entire month, and this was with eating healthy and cutting out sugars, so I donât think the pills helped with weight loss.

UPDATE: The seller contacted me to make it right, since I didn’t see any result, so I’m adding stars back and editing my post.I am at the end of my 2nd month of taking this and I have experienced no changes. There has been no change in my digestion or appetite and I have lost no weight. I haven’t noticed any difference at all, so it didn’t work for me like I had hoped. I won’t be purchasing again.
