Does a good job
This is the best product of its kind that I have ever used. Work a small amount into damp hair and comb into the style you want. When it dries, comb. No residue, no perfume, no stiffness.

Excellent product!
I bought this gel in an effort to find one that would work with my fine hair. I have a ton of bottles and tubes of hair product that I have discarded because it was too sticky, too heavy, not effective, too smelly or just didnât do a thing for my hair. I wonât even mention the waste of money. Recently I saw this Biolage gel on Amazon. I thought âwhat the heck, Iâve tried everything else, I may as well try this one too!â And Iâm glad I did. Itâs light weight with very little scent. Itâs not sticky either. And the big news? It actually works on my fine, limp hair. My hair looks fuller and is easier to blow dry when I use this product. And the overall result is great. No more wasting my money on bad products. This one is a keeper!

CRUELTY FREE AND FABULOUS FOR STYLING
I am writing this for the Biologe shampoo, conditioner, gel and hairspray. Having been very sick due to dehydration last winter, I was shocked to find that my hair had broken off and thinned out. I spent hours reading about every label that was CRUELTY FREE and assured their product was the best for the restoration to healthy hair. I took a chance and ordered the Biologe products and am grateful for the results. While I could go back to my original products now that I have a healthy head of hair and it would be far less money, I have such confidence in Biologe and I am so pleased with the fullness, shine and resiliency of my hair that although expensive, absolutely worth it. Because you use very little of all of the products, it becomes cost effective. I can go up to three days without washing because the gel hold and the hairspray keeps my hair looking pretty intact. As many others mention, the products have a lovely fragrance.

It’s fine …
I purchased this “gel” because I can’t find PM Sculpting gel (firm) anywhere. This product is more liquid than the PM product and it doesn’t hold / set quite as well but it isn’t intended to be as it’s a medium hold product. As such, I’m satisfied. It has a nice, clean scent … I would prefer unscented but this one is fine. Call me a satisfied customer.

Less hold than I’d like
I have thick, 2b/2c, coarse, high-porosity hair and this very thin, runny gel offers soft hold that leaves hair fairly soft and natural looking. It has a mild scent (Moptop, yikes!), or causing endless wet frizz (Curlsmith Flexi Jelly) but it does have a vaguely old-fashioned powdery scent that is not particularly appealing. It comes in a 16 oz. bottle, twice as much as most of the gels in this category so it’s less expensive than most. If you’re a 3a and up, I doubt you’d need more products but I found that I need to layer with another strong hold product (another gel, a strong mousse, etc) and though I liked that it leaves my hair soft at first, I don’t think it has enough hold. I end up depending on layering more than I would with Moptop, which is also fairly runny and hydrating.

New ugly bottle?
Look! I am upset to receive this ugly bottle!It looks like a ”knock off”, not rounded at the top like the picture! BUTI am keeping it! I love Amazon and I believe that this is the “”Professional” bottle used in salons by hair stylists. I know about the new bottle being the same ingredients as the #3. I accept that with understanding. Still, I needed a pretty bottle like pictured to go with the shampoo. I will write another review IF this is not as nice as the other #3 has been. Thank You for hearing me. 🙂

After combing out towel dried hair, only about the size of a dime is all you need to give control and shine to curly. Great for styling, great hold without stickiness and hair is easy to manage for days. Scent is very subtle but pleasant. Awesome product.Love Biolage. I used it in my salon for years and now that my uncolored hair is growing out and longer, it is naturally curly! Who knew?Glad I found this product on Prime.I would highly recommend it for any type hair!
