Great price and great workout!
I didn’t want to spend a ton of money on something I won’t end up using long term. I am slightly over 6 feet tall and wanted something sturdy, multi-functional and easy to assemble. Got all that and more. Right off the bat upon ordering, the company emailed me just to let me know who to contact if issues. Now that could have been concerning that they’d need to, but I just saw good customer outreach. No issues here! It has only been a week but looks like I’ll be using this for years to come. Easy to assemble. Definitely sturdy and comfortable. Fit my height. Great value for the money. I have already used for abs (obvious workout), leg lifts and even used the incline bench for different hand weight exercises. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Good product, poor packaging
Knocked off one star for poor packaging – I could hear metal pieces clanking around before I even opened the box and I founda few zip ties that were cut within the bag the bench was in so it was most likely returned. Glad I was not missing any parts tho!I do see why people complained about the assembly directions being poor and i agree assembly was simple but step by step with better enlarged images and mentions of which specific pieces to use would be niceThe machine itself is nice! Exactly what I wanted, compact but sturdy and multifunctional

A super easy machine that is quick to put together and simple to use. Easy on the back and knees. As soon as you start to use it, you can feel everything. My kids get on this and loves it just as much! Only negative thing I have to say is if you are over 6 foot you might struggle to use it properly just because of how low it does sit to the ground.

Missing parts but they fixed problem
Edited to add : company sent missing parts ASAP to remedy. sturdy product. Recommend.just received the product from FedEx. Unfortunately, it will not be able to be used because it is missing parts. Very disappointed. So much for Christmas gifts on time. May have to do a return of this product and buy a replacement that includes all parts someplace local.

Works but itâs hard and not for beginners
I started working out again recently. I wouldnât consider myself weak, but this thing is hard. Itâs sturdy⦠easy to do sit ups on, but to actually raise your knees as shown. I can do like 5-7 and I am done and I stopped working out 4 months ago. This is for professional athletes who want an affordable device, not a beginner and not someone in the middle. My husband even find this hard to use

à première vue, ça semble bon et faire le travail, j’espère seulement que l’acier et les soudures sont assez solide pour supporter la force utiliser pour l’exercise. Le petit moniteur serait pratique s’il fonctionnait. Si on prend une pile AAA, l’écran s’allume mais ne reste pas allumé car la pile est trop petite donc j’ai essayé une pile AA, cette fois-ci, ça semble être le bon format de pile mais l’écran n’allume pas. Donc j’imagine qu’il serait préférable de ne pas avoir cet écran afin d’avoir un prix plus bas sur le produit.
