Ok so this works for me to lose weight without exercise. Here is what I did. Iâm eating low calories temporarily until next month when I begin working out. I use it after eating because I violently throw up if I use it before. I also take multivitamins and probiotics (berberine is an anti microbial so you need probiotics) with it. This combination keeps my sugar cravings away. My carbs are also low (Iâm not doing keto) and I focus on protein. I remain full all day with this diet. Iâm down 7lbs in a month without exercise. Iâve tried this diet without berberine, multivitamin and probiotic and I never lost weight this fast.

Happy With Product!
I’ve ordered this product a few times and I’m happy to share that I do feel it’s working. I have not shed tons of weight, but it has helped with appetite and cravings and keeping off weight I lost about a year ago. I lost some weight (about 12 lbs) at the start of 2024 by watching my diet and I have not gained it back. I believe this product has helped because I haven’t changed much and still have kept weight off, where in the past, I’d probably have gained it back. I’m also happy to report that this product has not upset my stomach when taken as directed. It does help to take with a meal as directed. I started with just one pill a day the first week just to see how I’d do, then stepped up to the two a day without issue.

Not All That…
I tried this product for a week and had more severe gas pains than usual. It DID curb my hunger, but when it wore off the hunger returned with force and I needed to eat “now”. Somehow I was set up for subscriptions and now another bottle arrived and it cannot be returned…
