Do NOT be fooled by packaging!!
They come Packaged compressed vacuum sealed. I first thought how is this pillow going to be comfortable etc. I was very surprised at how fast they fluffed back out gained their main shape and form. Very comfortable, nice size depending which one you chose, I chose soft and boy I slept like a baby. Great price also I would recommend buying this product. These pillows are very soft, they keep their shape well even let them sit for 24 hours before using. Hand fluffed but dryer was an option. Comes with instructions on how to do both especially if you have never fluffed a pillow.

This pillow was life changing!!!I have been looking for a good quality pillow to replace my old one, I ordered another brand first but it lacked support. However when I ordered this one it provided the PERFECT amount of support and comfort, these past two night with this pillow have been AMAZING 10000/10. Not firm but COMFY
I ordered FIRM but I got two soft, flat, kinda lumpy pillows. I donât believe anything they say about them now so I donât expect any cooling effect and there is not enough filling in them to do anything. They are no value for the money nor the expectation. Does not fluff up and they look cheap. There is no integrity on amazon these daysâ¦these things look nothing like the picture. The only thing they have in common with the picture is the color.UPDATE 2/14/25They are surprisingly comfy! When I put them in pillowcases (king size) they seemed to have fluffed up more. BUT I can already see clumps forming after we slept on them. But theyâre nice to sleep on for the time being.AS OF 2/21/25I am upgrading my review from 3 to 5 stars because Bedsure contacted me themselves on the strength of my review! They made sure to address my dissatisfaction by insisting on providing me a REFUND. They also gave me advice on how to puff the pillows even more should I desire to do so. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU ASK ME and I will be a customer for life because of it. Agent was kind and attentive and I must say, she stood by their product but she was more concerned for my comfort and satisfaction than anything. Kudos to Bedsure!

I hate overly fluffy pillows they hurt my neck. These are super fluffy and soft. They support my neck perfectly and when they say hotel quality they arenât lying. Feels like youâre laying on a cloud

bought these to replacE ALL MY pillows. They are so very soft. Had to wash one of them but did it on delicate and dryed on low heat a few times and they are still fluffy and like they never was washed meaning they kept the shape and comfortable.

I’ve also picked out pillows at a department store where I could feel the loft and firmness of the pillows in person. Ordering these online seemed like a gamble. These are wonderful. I had no adjustment to using them at all and slept so well. They are not flat like a pancake, but the loft cushions your head without puffing up too much on each side. They come decompressed. I just fluffed them up with my hands and left them overnight. Great for allergies, too, because no feathers or latex. I am so pleased with this purchase. They are also much cheaper than any pillow I have ever purchased.

But these pillows deserve a serious shout out.Yes, okay, so I HAVE been sleeping on really flat pillows that came with an apartment I moved into for longer than Iâd like to admit, but I honestly am in love with these pillows.Iâve just gotten into bed and had the beautiful moment of laying my head on them after a long day and I sank so beautifully into them I decided I would need more alarms than normal tomorrow to claw me out of the beautiful sleep I know Iâm about to have.I hadnât realized that there are two pillows in each box, and so instead of 4 I actually ordered 8. What I thought was a problem is now simply a blessing. I have EIGHT OF THESE PILLOWS ON MY BED.If youâre considering buying them definitely do! But eight is definitely too many for one bed, so I would recommend only getting your desired amount.

I find it hard to find comfortable pillows. I tried several different types such as memory foam, loose foam but found them too firm for my taste. These pillows are very soft and keep their shape well.
