This was my first beard care kit Iâve bought. I couldnât be more happy with this product. It works as designed and described. The oil and gel sauve works well and the scent is pleasing. The beard comb is nice and doesnât grab roughly very smooth and good quality. I will buy this set again. Very pleased with purchase.

Iâve spent months growing a beard, but have really struggled to find a good mixture of âbeard toolsâ. After spending way too much money on different products from over a dozen beard companies and still never finding the âsecret formulaâ, I discovered the âGrow a Beardâ kits.The first thing youâll notice when you receive your loot-box of bearded glory is how much stuff you are getting. So much bang for your buck. The majority of these other beard companies are charging half of that just for a decent pair of grooming scissors.The Comb: It’s a dual-sided wooden comb that definitely has some weight to it. Not an uncomfortable amount of weight, but just enough to let you know heâs not playing around. Its built to last. Most of the other kits I ordered didnât have the dual-sided teeth, so this was a major win.The Brush of The Gods: Sweet mother of God this thing. I donât even know how to put into words how awesome this brush is. The bristles offer the perfect amount of âstiffnessâ without giving that âscratchyâ feel that most other beard brushes do. This brush has worked wonders for straightening my curly beard. Absolutely blown away. I have a $24 beard brush that now resides under my sink thanks to this beauty.Scissors: This is where I really started shouting expletives at myself in the mirror. I have big fingers and these are by far the most comfortable scissors Iâve used for grooming. They feel incredibly solid and well-built. Iâve never been a big fan of scissors for grooming, but these are so fluid and sharp that they just might be my favorite part of the entire kit.Overall, you arenât going to find more bang for your buck than this grooming kit. Itâs a bit smaller than the other one I bought from them, but if you donât need the oil and shaper kit you canât go wrong here. Iâll never stop ordering from these guys!!

I love this gift set! Well that’s what I use it for, I got it for my fiance when we first got together and it worked really well for his beard! He hadn’t had it in awhile so I got it for him again this year for Christmas can’t wait for him to see he’s got something to help maintain it again it grows out so crazy sometimes, I definitely recommend this product for your bearded man (or ladies) or family members!

Appearance are deceiving
Super small, looks like a toy set. I guess the price is directly proportional to the size. I havenât use it yet but it will not last me to long (beard balm). The brush doesnât feels too sturdy, we will see on my next update

Updating my review because I changed my early opinion about the oil and balm.The brush that you get with this kit is not good, but you get what you pay for and the overall value of this kit is good.The comb is fine. I now much prefer an Ace comb and have a small one I keep in my pocket and a longer one at home for styling.The oil is good. I don’t have a lot of experience with different beard oils and mostly just use plain jojoba oil, but I like it.The beard balm surprised me. Disliked as I was getting accustomed to it (first time I’ve had a 3+ month beard). But after trying a half dozen or more other options, I bought a 2 oz. tin. I’m WFH right now, so I use Honest Amish most of the time for the softness, but when I want to look really neat, this does a great job and smells fine.If you’re a first-timer and willing to spend a little extra, I’d consider skipping this kit and buying the beard balm and beard oil separately (have to get the 2oz I think but pretty damn affordable) and then you can buy a much better comb and brush.
