The title and add lists this: “This package contains 50 individually wrapped sterile gauze sponges, making them a perfect addition to any first aid kit.”There are 50 pads, but they are wrapped in 25 packages of 2 pads per package.This is the only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5.(I did not always need 2 pads at the same time.

The kling material makes it so you don’t need to use tape in most cases and thats a plus because the wound needs to breathe. I got 8 pieces instead of 5 and I can use each one twice or three times since they are over 2 yards long and the 3inch wide one is more than enough
