Designed in collaboration with Amy Tayler Alpers and Rachel Taylor Segel of The Pilates Center, our CenterLine Foot Corrector helps strengthen your feet for better alignment and positioning during Pilates exercise and day-to-day life. It effectively works the foot muscles by raising the foot off the floor and also helps work the leg and pelvis. The simple, innovative design sets it apart from other foot-corrector products and allows it to work and tone the body from the feet up for a holistic exercise experience.
The Foot Corrector measures 12″ L x 5″ H and weighs 3.15 lbs., so it is small enough to take with you to the gym or easily store at home. It features a heavy-duty metal plate and springs to provide the right amount of resistance while you exercise your feet. The spaces around the posts encourage the foot muscles to grab the surface and build strength. This device can be used by both the left and right foot and accommodates feet of all widths and sizes so anyone can add it to their workout routine to support their fitness journey.

This worked for my plantar fasciitis!
I bought this because of my horribly painful plantar fasciitis. I heard from many that you canât cure it, only relieve the symptoms. Then I read online that you can get rid of it by addressing the root cause – weak foot muscles. Iâve bought BB equipment in the past, so I know theyâre quality and gave it a try. To be honest, I chose this one rather than the traditional model bc itâs pretty and doesnât look like a torture device. I can leave it out and it almost looks like art. But it has worked! The horrible pain went away and when I feel like itâs coming back bc I refuse to stop wearing the wrong shoes, it doesnât come back nearly as bad. More honesty, I use it for about 5 minutes every day even when I donât have pain along with Yamuna foot wakers, and the results have been magical. Two thing to consider, though. 1) it squeaks like h*** if you donât use it right. My dogs used to get up and leave, but the nail-on-chalkboard-like sound does motivate you to use it right. 2) if you have larger feet, this corrector might seem too small. My feet are size 7 so itâs perfect for me. Who knows? Maybe forcing yourself to round your feet even more than I have to will strengthen your feet faster? Iâd ask BB about that, though. Good luck!

intrinsic and extrinsic foot exerciser
I have been using this to strengthen my feet/lower legs and they definitely do that, especially in a sitting position. The spring is not too difficult to use and I can feel my muscles working – just enough challenge and not too much. It came with one-page instructions that illustrate the various foot positions. It was the first time I saw special instructions for “greek feet” and that was helpful. Due to the squeaking mentioned in the other review I immediately applied a couple of 3 in 1 oil drops to the springs; if you do this be aware it will stain the wood. With shoe size 8 I can’t use the short side at all. It would have been helpful if the seller had published the exact dimensions of this product and those of its other foot corrector. This seemed an extravagant purchase until I compared it to a physical therapy series, custom orthotics, and other efforts that didn’t really help me. Using this has made me clearly aware, for the first time in years, which muscles are in need of a workout to address my condition. I understand that is one of the benefits of Pilates equipment – it raises your awareness of muscular imbalances.
