Did the job for me.
The massage balls are strong but gentle. I can definitely feel relief. Small but big enough to massage my neck and shoulders. I love itSo I’ve had this now for about 3 weeks and used it about 4 times. Yesterday it stopped working. The heat continued but three balls stopped rolling. I returned it and am awaiting the replacement. I will update on the next one.So the company responded quickly and sent me a replacement. The new one is working fine. Sometimes these things happen and what matters is having a company that cares and is ready to help with the situation. I would definitely order again from them.
