Problems resolved
I purchased this device to use as a travel hair styler. It is light and compact. I did not use it until 32 days after purchase, while traveling. On the 2nd use it sparked and began to smoke. Amazon would not accept a return replace request because I was past the 30 days. They gave me a customer service link to Conair. I have just been advised that they will replace the defective device with a new one. I am happy to say it has all been resolved and I am thankful. I expect to give this item a 5 star based on family members who own one and my satisfaction with the customer service process.

Does the job
Love that this styling tool is so compact for traveling. On the flip side it doesn’t seem to produce much heat and it takes forever to dry my hair. Must take very small sections and rest if hair starts to air dry making it hard to get your hair smooth and straight.

Not working anymore with only a 6 times use it.
I bought a babyliss PRO NANO TITANIUN in december 20/2024. This is my 6 time use it and it totally burn, not drying my hair anymore. I want a refun or send it me another. And I will happy to send it back my babyliss.

Works well
This works well and is a bit lighter than the full sized ones though not exactly small. It is fairly lightweight. Overall I have been pleased with it when traveling

Easy to use and creates a smooth, fabulous, loose curl.
I love this product! I have hair type 1C. It is very thick and very straight. My hair is cut in a shoulder length bob and the BaByliss rotating brush is exactly the tool I needed to make my hair flip under or over at the ends. I use this after my hair is mostly dry as the power in this brush is not sufficient to dry my hair, but that isnât what I bought it for. It does exactly what I hoped it would do which is to smooth my hair and to give it a gentle flip. I have also used it when my hair is completely dry for touch ups the next day. Love it!

I bought this despite a lack of reviews and information online. It turned out to be a pretty good dryer. Lightweight, foldable, not too loud and comes with a cold shot button. It dries my thick long hair pretty fast if I dry it with a towel first. The only downside is that the switch is a slider and can be hard to slide. Docked a star for thatOverall, if you need a foldable hair dryer, Iâd say try this out.Edit:Handle became hot two months after buying. Opened it up and found the insulation tube broke. Iâll probably get a new heat shrink tubing, but the fact it broke seems to mean itâs generating more heat at that point than it should. Itâs a safety hazardEdit 2Babyliss sent me a new one under warranty, but I’ve noticed a burnt plastic smell from time to time of using it. It’s not just a safety hazard but also a health hazard. STAY AWAY.

I originally had bought some knockoff to save money and it burnt out after 10 uses, and was never great. I love my babyliss straightener so when I saw this?! And at a great price? Snapped it up. Much more volume and easy to manoeuvre with the smaller size. 100% recommend!

My hair is waist long and fine like spiderwebs. Tangles like nothing youâve ever seen, guaranteed. But thereâs also a tonne of it. Finding the right fit has been challenging and Iâm delighted this seems to be âit.â
