Pretty in Pink
Pretty in Pink? No. Pretty in Purple! Love these things. The purple is not overwhelming like I thought it might be, it’s nice and light and you can see through it fine. It’s not as vibrant as the pink, OBVIOUSLY but it’s not as dark as the green or blue either. It’s got good coverage, just not as dark. Basically it’s a perfect kind of highlighter for someone looking for an alternative everyday color like we were.Good product.

Great highlighter, although bold strokes rather difficult
Just received these highlighters in the mail today. I had been using a Sharpie purple highlighter that was on its last leg. It was nice to finally get a fresh, brand new highlighter!Overall, I like it quite a bit. The color has a nice saturation and a nice shade of purple. The text is quite readable, but I do think the purple is a little dark — but nothing to worry about. As a previous reviewer said, the chisel tip is a little awkward. When trying to make a wide, bold stroke with the entire tip of the highlighter, you need to have it slanted at the same angle as the tip and press down. Not as incredibly easy as the chisel tip on Sharpies.If not for the slightly dark color and awkward chisel tip, this would definitely be five stars.

The color isnât as light as a highlighter color should be I wouldnât recommend using it on a Bible or any thin notebook paper it will bleed right through. Other than that the price is amazing for how many it brings. Thereâs nothing wrong with it besides that.

Good if looking for dark purple. But beware: BLEEDS THROUGH!
This is a juicy dark purple highlighter. It works well enough, but for my purposes, it is not what I was looking for. I have been having trouble getting the correct thickness of coverage. When trying to get a thick line, I frequently have to go over the area twice to cover the entire word/phrase. Then when I turn the pen to use the tip for underlining the line is too thick and looks ridiculous.Ultimately, I probably won’t use these 12 pens because they bleed through terribly. I often print my papers double sided in a weak effort to help save a tree or two in my lifetime, but these often make the backside unreadable. Also have bleed through my books. 🙁
