Works well, takes practice
This came packaged very nice and is better quality than I expected. It’s nice that your fingers don’t get close to the hot part.It does take practice to know how to hold the hair at the right angle so it pulls it in. No issues with tangles. First curl looked fantastic and then had to figure out how I did it.Only issue I have is part of my hair is shorter and this doesn’t do well with it, but that’s not what it’s made to do.

This Curling iron is a good idea for those who have never been good at Curling their hair. The only problem is, there is still a learning curve. I had to watch a few YouTube videos to figure out how to use it properly. I am pretty good at Curling my hair, so it wasn’t worth the learning curve for me. However, it would be easier to learn to use than a normal Curling iron for beginners. The heat can be adjusted and it curls pretty well once you figure it out.

UPDATE: I got daring and tried it on my own hair. I actually love it! It was very easy and although I did get a tangle or two, it didn’t pull my hair at all, and I was able to reverse the curl to release if I couldn’t just remove the wand. Rerated to 5 stars with picture attached.ORIGINAL: This is my first impression review of this auto rotating hair curler by TSUYAGLA. It promises to be anti-tangle and anti-scald, but the design made me a bit nervous, so I decided to try it out on my mannequin wig. Iâm not sure about the tangle pulling or the wand getting too hot, but I did take a video to show what someone new to this tool can achieve. This video was taken after practicing 6 curls beforehand.The first rotation worked just as I expected, though I found you need to hold the hair down at an angle for the windmill feature to really grab it. For the second curl, I tried using a bit too much hair, and it got tangled, but it was easy to free it up, no sticking or scorching, which was a relief. With a little more practice and using smaller sections of hair, I think this could be a fantastic styling tool for anyone wanting curls but who might not be experienced with a regular curling wand.The price seems mostly reasonable ($69.99 at the time of writing this review), it has a lovely color, and feels nice in the hand. I do wish the instructions were a bit clearer in the box, as I ended up looking at the description page and rewatching the sped-up video a few times to grasp how to use it properly. A step-by-step video might be really helpful for anyone picking this up. 3.5 stars, rounded to 4.

Nice curling wand. Quality is very good. Feels substantial and not cheap. Goes forward and back/either way. Heats up fast. The heat settings do make a difference so pay attention there. I had no issues with pulling but I did have to practice it a bit to get the hang of it. Once you get the hang of it it works very well and is easy to use. My hair keeps the curls longer than anticipated. Really liking this auto curl iron. Price at regular list is a little too rich for my liking. I think closer to 50 is fair. Having said that, I would still recommend this auto curling iron. It’s a good one.

Easy to use!
This curler is so easy to use. It doesn’t require any twisting action so it was really easy on my wrists. The curls come out pretty and are super simple to do. Once I brushed the curls out it gave me a lot of volume and pretty, loose curls. I typically do my curls with my straightener and they hold longer than they did using this, but for a different style and more volume this is a nice tool! The instructions are short and simple and it takes almost no effort to use this.

Tik Tok has made these automatic curling irons all the rage, and I fell into their trap. I’m not experienced with curling irons and I was hoping this would make things a little easier and help me feel better about my hair. I was right!!!! It’s so simple to use, my hair doesn’t get tangled in it like I was afraid of, and the curls are gorgeous!! I love the different temp levels, and that it rotates both ways. Don’t sit on this! Get this and look gorgeous!

Couldn’t get it to hold my hair
I could not get the curler to hold my hair. It would flip out each time I tried. The instructions are lacking, though I think I was doing what I was supposed to be doing. Disappointed.

Very fun to play with
This automatic curling iron arrived in a very nice gift ready box, tight sealed and ready for gifting. I opened it up and tried it right away. It doesn’t take long to heat up, and there’s 3 temperature settings. 320, 360, 390 F. I tried the lowest temperature and curled a few strands of my hair, and it looks very nicely curled. It is easy to use but I noticed when I use it at first, I heard a few sizzling sounds while my hair was curled up in the barrel. I am not sure if that’s my hair getting sizzled, but I didn’t have any burned hair after it released. I was extra careful after that, and nothing bad happened. Overall, this is a very fun and easy to use tool for your hair.
