Taste great but not keto friendlyâ¦
These are great tasting but if you are following a strict keto diet they are not keto friendly. They have 6g of carbs in two gummies. If you are skipping a meal I guess itâs ok. I will have to find something else with lower carbs. I couldnât figure out why I was at a standstill the last few days and actually gained a pound even though I have been strict. I read the nutrition facts and saw that these were putting me over my carb intake. Should have done that before I even ordered them. 🙁

These are delicious. If you just need a way to get acv into yourself without the taste of vinegar, these are it. Forget it says keto. These do not trigger ketosis at all. I personally like vinegar, put it on my salads and into soups. This product was a waste of money for me… So watch out. The sweet sugary taste made me want more sugar which is the exact opposite of what I was looking for.
