Always effective; unglamorous hero; no smell.
Whatever you use, try one tube. Not trendy; effective.Deserves more love.Takes a little time to diffuse into the muscle, then works for a long time.Doesn’t mask pain – resolves it.Not expensive per application.

Pain relief – near instant
I have used this my entire life. No side effects.I get ticked off when I see the lidocaine version, but if that version helps the company stay in business, great. Just do not ever stop producing the original good stuff. I needed it occasionally when young. Lord knows Iâm gonna need it as I age.And I know people are all hopes on the NSAID kind from other brands. But thatâll die down some and hopefully theyâll do as I do, which is have an arsenal of different topicals as pain is different and the causes are too. For me, this is perfect. I forget my pain in about a minute. If it is mega-pain, I may do some icing of heating first, then apply. Or let it set in for a while, then hit up a heating pad. Again, the NSAID cream or gel are fine, but putting on too much or overly repeated use isnât good for me as Iâm a little sensitive to it. But, Aspercreme is pretty perfect. I always have it on hand for whatever aches I have.If youâve worked at the company and helped to make this available, thank you. Youâve made my life better.

Works!
I’ve been using this for years on my shoulder. I don’t want surgery and I’m getting results from this creme. Doesn’t make it 100% pain free (close) but I’m able to continue on in about 10 minutes.

The other stuff works better. In the orange tube.

Actually works
This cream indeed relieves pain in inflamed small joints. And is not messy at all.To my surprise it works better than similarly looking pharmacy brand (CVS) cream. Although both creams have the same active ingredient, most of the same inactive ingredients and virtually identical descriptions, CVS cream is a bit denser and is harder to rub in.Highly recommended!
