These are good, but I feel like they contain a lot of glycerin! I havenât compared them against other ashwaganda drops, so the sweetness might be normal – but just a heads up! I definitely noticed a difference in my mood and how well I sleep in the first few days of using these! They work well. I even have my kids taking a dose in the morning! The price is really great too, compared to most other ashwaganda supplements on the market

It depends on what you’re getting it for
Ive been using Ashwagandha for about a year now. The first one I tried was from a grocery store and was also liquid, it worked amazing. The taste was terrible, but I could feel the effect almost immediately. With this one, the taste is much better. It docent bother me at all. With this one, I can put the drops directly into my mouth with no problem. For me personally, this one works more as a daily vitamin rather than taking it to feel calm in the moment. I still like this, and have been using it daily.
