Waaay tooo harsh
This does help with my foot neuropathy, but be aware that it is VERY harsh. I actually only use it through a fairly thick cotton bath mat. I have no idea how anyone could stand on this barefoot unless their neuropathy was very severe and most of their nerve endings were dead.
