Smaller than imagined but I like it
I was going to use this as a relaxing zen garden as one does moving sand around etc. When it came it was much smaller than expected, but was actually great for my desk. I set it up with a miniature marble urn with my moms ashes, a rose quartz angel, an amethyst heart, two small dried roses, and a stone dog my dog got me when I was 7. It’s a tribute to my parents who have passed, the love of my husband, the memory of my grandson (he always picked roses for me and he loved penguins) and the symbol of God’s divine love and protection over me. It brings me peace every day! I set up 2 tealight candle holders in back of it and when feeling stressed or doing devotionals I light them. Would highly recommend.

This product is a great fit for the corner of my desk and is always there when I feel the need to relax a little, over all itâs a great product but if the walls were a little taller it would make it so the sand wouldnât fall out but over all I highly recommend this product.

Everyone Likes It; Everyone Wants One
I am an assistant principal at a continuation high school. It seems that everyone (student and adult alike) ends up playing with this desk zen garden. Its a really quality zen garden, but it came with way too much sand for the inch thick sand holder, so some of it spilled. other than that, its a really nice thing to have around.

A few things to know about this product.
This was a gift for a coworker. So a few things to know about this product. Upon opening the box, everything is extremely dusty. Nothing that a good wipe down wonât fix. The stones are crudely tied up in a plastic snack baggie. The tray, (may be made of wood?), but looks and feels more like plastic with a high gloss finish. The actual overall dimensions of the tray are about 11-3/4âL , 7-3/4âW, and 3/4âD. However, the actual depth of the tray that holds the sand is only 5/16â deep (less than 1/2â) This presents a problem with the sand either spilling over the edge, or if using less sand, raking to the bottom of the tray. So be aware, uIn a previous review, there was mention of a rake being crooked, however, mine seems to be straight, although, the curved rake has some bamboo fibers hanging off. I do appreciate that this product comes in a re-closable box, so after a good wipe down and re-boxing, I was able to re-wrap the gift. Not an overall bad product in my opinion, but for the price, some quality checks should definitely be improved in the future.

I bought this as a gift for my husband. the sand, tray, and all the accessories are great quality. each piece is quite beautiful, especially the little colourful pebbles. It hasbeen really calming for us to have in our home. I highly recommend!

I spent a while searching for a zen sand garden and I’m really glad I chose this one, I didn’t want one with too many decorations as I wanted to add my own, it comes with a nice tray, a bottle of sand with more than enough to fill the tray, in fact I wish I hadn’t poured it all out and I’d have kept some in the bottle, the rakes are good there’s one you can make bigger and smaller for different sized lines, the stones and little ornament are all good quality, I’ve added a small Buddha I found at the shop for £2 and I’m looking forward to keeping my eyes open for over things I can add, I bought this to help with mindfulness as I have anxiety and it has kept me and my 11 year old son busy for hours, we really get lost in it and it’s definitely made me calmer doing it, I would definitely recommend
