Stayed inflated.
Easy to pump up, very durable and keeps air in. Lots of color choices and easy to use. I chose the size I did because I was doing physical therapy at home on a broken shoulder. I used the ball to roll on my end table to get my shoulder moving again. Good value.

Quality for the Price
There are a ton of exercise balls to choose from many are double the cost of this one. They come in tons of colors too. Personally I didn’t care about colors so I chose the least expensive product and color, black. As it turns out, it goes nicely with my gray exercise mat. Seriously though, I do a few exercises using a ball that I cannot do without. It provides me with flexibility to exercise my way. The quality doesn’t feel much different than the balls at PT. Perhaps a true exercise guru with more experience may have a different view. However, it does everything I need it to do. I liked the size guideline chart that was provided, but found that is likely more helpful to determine the size needed for sitting at a desk. For exercise use I should have gone down 1 size from the chart and may have liked the outcome a bit better. Overall though it still does all I need it to do and is a quality product from what I’ve experienced.

The Ball That Changed My Life (and My Ability to Sit Still)
I bought this yoga ball with pure intentionsâcore workouts, improved posture, maybe even a little mindfulness. What I got was a bouncy throne of chaos.First, sitting on this thing is an extreme sport. One wrong move, and youâre either launching yourself across the room or experiencing the slow, inevitable roll of shame onto the floor. My kids immediately claimed it for their own, and now itâs less of a fitness tool and more of an indoor wrecking ball.However, when I do use it properly, my back feels amazing, my core thanks me, and I briefly believe I could become one of those people who drink green smoothies and do sunrise yoga. (That dream lasts about five minutes before I fall off again.)Final verdict? 10/10 for fitness, 12/10 for entertainment, and a solid 3/10 for dignity. Would buy againâassuming I ever recover from the last time I tried to balance on it.

Love the ball, couldnât use the pump
The pump was terrible to use when we were trying to get it inflated. My husband ended up using his mouth to blow the whole ball up! But the durability seems great, itâs a bit smaller than expected. The air seems to be holding tight for now.

Great for teaching little ones how to cartwheel
We have the smaller one to help my grand daughter with her tumbling class. Works very well, thick rubber, good quality. The pink is a very nice color, not distracting and the pump works great to air it up. Great bounce, durable and value!

Used during pregnancy
I should have gotten a size bigger. I’m 5 3, and I bought this for pregnancy. It works for my height, but I’m used to balls a tad bigger. This one works out okay. I like that it came with a pump! Made it very easy to blow up. A bit hard to get the plug out, even with the tool it comes with. Easy to deflate and put back in box when not in use. Easy to roll on in labor, comfortable.

Excellent Yoga Ball with Grippy Skin
Quality yoga ball. The skin is tough and grippy so you won’t slip while doing exercises. It was hard doing dumbbell presses on my old ball because the skin was smooth. With this ball, I could sit one legged and move around and not worry about falling off. The skin is also thicker than other balls. This is a Quality yoga ball. Worthy purchase. Just in time to get ready for T-shirts and shorts.

Ball is sturdy and well made – the pump is terrible
TLDR: Ball good. Pump bad. The ball is well made and sturdy in the limited time I have used it but the pump it comes with is terrible. Could not inflate the ball at all. 1 of the 2 tips included is too small and the bigger tip didnt stay attached to the hose. The entire pump assembly is very cheap and would honestly have been a deal breaker on its own. Luckily, I have an electric party balloon inflator I used to inflate the ball otherwise I would be returning this.
