I suffer from urinary retention and an embarrassing odor problem. I saw an ad for these capsules on social media and decided to try them. I have been using them for one week now and they work!! They improve natural lubrication, the color seems to be evening out (I canât tell if itâs getting pinker) and the smell is completely gone. My husband was in awe.A little while after insertion, I feel a mild burning sensation similar to period cramps. Itâs like you can feel the product working. My pelvic floor seems to be strengthening. My bladder retention is getting better too. Iâm actually not sure how often you are supposed to take them, but Iâve been averaging one every 24 hours as I feel thatâs a safe routine.I will definitely buy more of these. I wanted to try this just once. I wouldn’t recommend it. I didn’t notice any difference. It would’ve included some kind of fragrance to see if it actually did it’s job but nothing noticeable.
