WOW!
I should have bought this sooner. Iâve always hated foil shavers, but after using my Andis trimmers which I absolutely love, I figured I would try their foil trimmer. I use it for my head, and lower neck.It cuts closer than my zero-gap Andis trimmers, and there is so much less of a mess. I didnât experience any hair pulling or discomfort, it just cut flawlessly. Iâll still use my trimmers for detail cuts, but these are perfect for my head. Much faster, closer cut, less mess.These are absolutely perfect for my use. Andis makes quality products. Highly recommend!

Really good razor
My nieceâs husband is a barber and recommended this electric razor for the closeness of the shave. With a short beard, I find it gives a very close and smooth shave.

Lightweight
First impression. Very lightweight. I let it full charge for 2 hours before using. I used my bitbull bald head 1st to clean up a bit. Then I used this Andis, and I must say veey impressed , clean smooth veey close shave for my bald head. Had to repass a few times at the curves of my head but it’s expected of being the doul is straight doesn’t conform to the head. Otber then that veey close shave. I like it a bit messy tho as the hair was on the exterior of the shaver. I’m jot sure if this is ideal for travel, becuase you can’t really wash it, so this for me will stay home and I’ll use my norelco shaver to travel. Not as close shave but it’s so much easier to clean and I get 3 shaves per charge with the norelco, I doubt Andis will last that long. Either way good foil shaver I’d recommend it for daily use. Maybe for travel if u don’t care about cleaning it neat. Overall veey good I’m happy with purchase

Great Productâ¦.dumb packaging
Great replacement foil and blades for my shaver but shipping was basically in a brown paper bag with no padding whatsoever. The shaving foil is a fragile thing and the plastic bubble over it was crimped inward. Luckily the foil was not damaged. I suggest a little bubble wrap in future shipping.

This works extremely well.
This is the best electric shaver especially if you have thick course face hair. These are super powerful and cut very close without causing hair bumps. I use Andes trimmers to get hair close and i use to be finished with just those, but these give you that super smooth shave like you used a razor but without the irritation. These are great to have stay charged forever and are easy to travel with.

Shaves weren’t that smooth for me…
Unfortunately, this shaver did not perform as well as I had hoped. No matter how much I angled, or the amount of pressure applied to the shaver, I simply could not get a good smooth shave. I made a number of passes everytime I used it and constantly cleaned the tiny pieces of hair out of it during my shaves but still didn’t perform up to expectations. Not to mention, after maybe the second use, I started getting razor bumps. Yes, I thoroughly cleaned and sterilized it after each use.Even after shaving my head completely with clippers adjusted all of the way down for the lowest cut and without any guards, then cleaning my head from any hair shavings, this shaver was unable to give me a good, smooth shave. I tried using it every two days, then every other day and neither helped with a better shave. I did not try shaving everyday because my skin is so sensitive and there would have been even more razor bumps than I already had.Let me just say that I am an African American male, and I have worn the bald look for over a decade or two. However, it is difficult to find razors/clippers that will give me a good, clean & smooth shave especially without razor bumps. The same stood true with this shaver.My low rating by no means is saying that this is not a good shaver. It simply did not perform up to my expectations for my head/hair. Others may have a better experience than mine. My low rating is solely due to not being able to get a clean, smooth shave on my head. With that being said, I cannot say if I do or do not recommend this shaver. I’m neutral in that respect.

Worth the money over the cheap copies!
I shave my head every 1-2 days using this. I have sensitive skin so I really have to keep up on fresh blades or I get bumps and it looks horrible! Plus I go over them again and they start to bleed sometimes.I’ve tried several other knock offs. I figured I get pretty much 2 for 1. But they;A: don’t lastB: Don’t work as well (not as close of a shave)C: Break really fast!! Where the foil covers won’t stay on the razor.So I ordered this and got it last night. I already knew the other ones didn’t last as long. But WOW what a difference the real ones make. You can see the minor differences in build quality, but I wish I had a way to measure the difference. So much smoother and better cutting than the knock offs! I will never go back to the cheap ones. These are worth the money. In the long run it probably costs about the same due to durability and how fast the others dull. Meanwhile you get a better shave the entire time.
