Great for seated use.
This item is easy to use. It is lighter in weight than most I’ve seen. It is easy to pick up and move to a different location. It is good quality and quiet operating.

I am sitting in my chair, using this machine, and writing this review. My whole life I’ve wanted to sit on my butt, and exercise at the same time, burning some calories and getting in some steps. ðAnd here you have it. ðA way to do just that. I’ve had this for 3 days and for 3 days I’ve been doing all 3, 30 minute, preprogrammed routines every day and no racing heart, no sweat. That’s 1 1/2 hours of constant movement a day, and over10,000 steps taken and a bunch of calories burned in 3 days.. I’m 77 years old and I’m loving this. After 3 days, I feel better everywhere. It has a remote!!! The machine seems well made, and its quite. This turns out to be one of those things I just can’t live without.

Working your legs
I have poor circulation in my legs and doing this a couple of times a day. My legs feel great. This machine is great for getting your legs moving. My youngest son also enjoys it. He is double jointed and using it before he goes to work helps him loosing up his joints and he says his legs don’t hurt that bad as well. It’s small enough i can keep it under a side table and quite enough i can have conversation or watch TV.

It is smooth, quiet and I can easily stay on it for long periods of time without being sore afterward. I find the remote a bit confusing. But that is probably just me. I do wish the arc – the circles were a bit larger. I would like to feel the exercise a bit more. But it certainly is non stressful and easy to use. And one more thing. I do wish the power cord was longer. I almost need an extension cord wherever I sit. I am not sure I should use one so I have adjusted the furniture to fit the cord. Overall I would recommend item.

My first machine had a defective remote but worked great! New replacements works terrificand remote does also! This machine is ALLOT of help to get exercise!

Device arrived fast. My wife and I are enjoying the way it doesn’t overwork you but you can feel the muscles are just beginning to start to hurt, but not painful, just barely noticeable so you know it’s working.

I was reading and re-reading about these kind of machines for approx. a year. All the negative reviews made it very hard for me to decide if I give it a try or not. Since the machine was built in china you have, I think, problems to send it back. Or the shipping costs are higher than the purchase price. (I speak from experience).But anyway, I gave it a try and I need to say I really like this machine. I am working in an office for approximately 60 hours a week. With the electric Mini Elliptical Machine you can use it and work at the same time. It helps to keep moving.
