Yes, Yes, Yes!
I’ve never spent so little money for such effective pain relief. I have 5 herniated discs in my lower back which often gets inflamed and locks up. I roll on this for 10 minutes or so and 90% of the pain is gone, I can walk straight without leaning due to a locked up lower back. It’s amazing on my piriformis, like hurts so good. When I get up, I feel amazing.The quality is excellent. No issues even with a couple cats occasionally trying to sharpen their claws. I have a few trainer friends that introduced me to this roller and I’ve never had so much relief so so little money and time expenditure.

Bigger than expected
I though it’s was going to be more slim and long but it’s more thick and short. Still works as a muscle roller and it’s dense so it ms durable. Obviously it’s a dense phone so no stretch expect for on you yourself and you, it’s easy to use and it’s not soft nor does it look soft. The pressure depends on you but it’s good for it’s use

Affordable and reliable roller for anyone. Great for athletes and muscle recovery. Not to soft and more on the firm side just how I like it. It also keeps its shape really well so my guess is that it will last for a long time.

SO STRONG IT HOLDS A HOUSE
Build quality is astounding, i used it to replace one of the foundation bricks that hold up my house, its been holding steady for 19 months. Best buy of my life. It it easy to use, since it squeezes into tight spots. It is comfortable, i use it to box too, i punch it like a heavy bag, it relieves pain well because i get so mad and i consider anger as pain, its workout effectiveness is amazing bc i hit 210 heart rate then make a trip to the hospital, and the color is amazing because it blends in with the dark and i cant see the foundation to my house

Fine foam roller, came a little damaged.
I bought this because I wanted a larger foam roller, I have the same thing I think in a smaller size with the blue/black speckles. I know it’s on the cheaper side so some of the foam pieces come off occasionally. I was hoping to start fresh because I have a toddler and I don’t want her to eat any little speckles of foam that might come off if she gets ahold of it, however this roller came with a chunk already missing! I’m not going to return it since it’s already open and out of the package and I know this will happen eventually anyway, it’s just not a good look. You can see the chunk in the video. Since I’ve had this before, I know it does a good job with releasing the muscles like it’s supposed to. I will just have to keep it away from the baby.
