Very effective and comfortable. Theyâre not just for night protection
Although they are listed as âovernightâ, they are thinner than the daytime pads so I use them anytime Iâm going to be out and about for a length of time. I havenât had any leaks to my clothing even after many hours. They are thin so are more comfortable than thicker daytime pads. I didnât like the âwingâ feature at first but they do prevent side leaks so Iâve gotten used to them.

They work. And well.I have memories of the days before they realized that pads could have plastic on them to prevent drips. I’m always so happy to have that, and glue as well so they adhere to the undies. No more stupid little belts!(Yes, big fat leaky pads held on by flimsy belts were what was available in the 1960s. Be glad you don’t live then.)
