Great for natural look!
Iâve been using Thrive for years and decided to give this a try! It definitely isnât as Bold but gives more of a feathery, natural look to the lashes which I actually prefer! Iâm also very sensitive to products and thrive would cause my eyes to itch after all day wear. I have had no issues with this product! Just wish they made it in a brown now!

Love removal, donât love product
I used to use thrive mascara and then switched back to something I could buy at the store, but then I saw alleyoop mascara and they claimed it was better then thrive, so I gave it a shot. I loved only having to use water to remove thrive and alleyoop. I donât feel like alleyoop separates the lashes as well. I feel like there is more bunching together and I donât care for the look.

Garbage – do not waste your money!
I’m sure you’ve seen this mascara online (I saw it on TikTok) – should not have wasted my money. First – it is not a true tubing mascara. Second, I have short, sparse lashes and even after FIVE coats – I got nothing. No length, no fullness, just a lot of product that made my lashes stick together. Would return if I could – it was expensive, but throwing it away after one use…just not worth it!

Itâs not love. It goes on thin and has such little impact. Of all the tubing mascaras Iâve tried, this one just isnât it. Sad I missed the return window.

great nonclumping and tubing innovation
I really like this tubing mascara because it’s 1) tubing innovation makes it no-smudge 2) it separates the lashes, no clumping on application 3) can be removed using warm water and face wash. I use to use fiberwig tubing mascara and love love loved it, I believe it’s a Japan brand. But after Sephora stopped carrying it i couldn’t find it anywhere. I see now that a version looks like it’s availble through amazon now though. This Alleyoop macara is very similar and might even go on better than the fiberwig version I used years ago.I’ve tried other tubing mascaras recently and none worked well for me including Thrive. The others clumped alot and that’s a no-no for me. I find a lot of volume mascaras noticably clump so generally stay away from mascara’s with a volume claim and stick to “lengthening and separating.’Defintiely recommend this Alleyoop mascara.

Meh. I like that it doesnât clump but it takes a ton of product to actually get your lashes to look like they even have mascara on. If you already have insanely thick and long lashes and like a minimal look then you may like it. I didnât love it.
