Great bloat buster
So far, these seem to be working well. I have a LOT of tummy issues (mostly due to some food intolerances), and recently heard about candida overgrowth possibly causing issues with digestion. The person who I heard this from was pushing an extremely expensive âcandida cleanseâ program. But I figured it couldnât hurt to look into it more before making any kind of commitment.When I saw this cleanse on Amazon, I figured this would be a much more affordable way (currently about $15 for a monthâs supply) to see if it would actually help me. And so far, so good. I waited to start taking these until I cleared it with my doctor to avoid and interactions with prescriptions. I also felt like maybe I was getting a yeast infection, so it seemed the perfect time to start. In the first week, I already noticed less bloating, as well as my other symptoms going away. A few weeks in, and Iâve even lost a few pounds (I am on a weight-loss plan and have been losing at most a pound weekly, after 3 weeks of these pills, Iâve lost 5 pounds, and thatâs with some recent stress eating). I definitely feel better than I did before taking these. Just make sure you take these with plenty of water, they are pretty big and will stick to your tongue otherwise.I highly recommend this product and will buy it again soon.

Candida is an overgrowth of yeast or bad bacteria in your system. It can cause gut issues, mouth sores, fatigue and even joint pain if severe. Most of the time it is treated with Rx antifungals, but natural remedies can flush out Candida too if it is not widespread. Airboyâs Candida Cleanse has some helpful cleansing ingredients, but not as many as I would like. Oregano and aloe vera are included in this supplement, but other common ingredients used to fight Candida, like garlic, curcumin, or coconut oil are not. This cleanse does contain some digestive enzymes and probiotics which are helpful for the gut. Wormwood and Anise Seed both have antimicrobial properties, so they are promising additions as well. My family member with a Candida flare up tried the Candida Cleanse and started to feel relief, i.e. less digestive problems, after 2 weeks of daily use. Everyoneâs microbiome is different so these ingredients may work for some and not others, but if you are suffering from Candida, this product is inexpensive and worth trying.

I’m on day 4 of this cleanse and to my surprise there is a massive Ling hair in the capsule. Disgusted at this point. Check your capsules first.
