I have a secret. I put one of these in an almost full 16 oz bottle of water. Then I add a pack of liquid IV. Then I shake it. Then I put it in the freezer for about 10 or 15 minutes to make it really cold… And it is delicious, zero calorie, zero sugar drink at night that is also healthy.
