Has a Strong Menthol Scent
I found this pain relief cream to be more effective than others I’ve tried to relieve joint pain. About 15 minutes after application pain was gone completely. The cream rubs in well but has a strong odor.

Hands down the best
Iâve tried lots of pain relief creams and this one is the best. The applicator on the tube is kind of tricky but worth it. It really does relieve pain and it lasts longer than any cream Iâve ever tried. Itâs pretty strong smelling but when you are in pain who cares. Good stuff and Iâm on my second tube. Highly recommend!

Great at first then started burning next morning during exercise
Iâve tried many popular pain creams with similar ingredients and never had any issues or reactions. I donât have any allergies that Iâm aware of. The Advil Targeted Relief Cream worked great at first when I put it on my knees, calves and lower back before going to bed in a cold room. It was nice and icy and on the stronger side relative to other pain creams, but the next morning while working out, the areas where I used the cream the night before started burning and the skin became irritated as my body began heating up from my workout. Any exposure to heat made it worse, I went into the dry sauna and my skin was burning to the point that I had to get out. Took a cold shower and used soap to try removing any residue of the cream from my skin but it only cooled down for a little bit until my body naturally warmed up a little later. The burning sensation returned, although more tolerable and mild than earlier in morning- and even felt cooling as well- as long as I stayed in a cool environment.This cream is very strong and intense and its residual effects do not âwear offâ for many hours after its intended duration. I really liked this product at first and would have definitely continued using it for pain if it didnât have this long lasting side-effect which seems to be triggered by heat. It has a strong mentholated smell which didn’t bother me since I usually apply stronger creams like this at night before bed. If you plan to use this product, I strongly recommend staying away from any heat for at least the following 12 hours. If it didnât have these side effects, Iâd give it 5 stars.

This cream feels amazing!! Great results so far
This is AMAZING !! I just got my order of this cream and it feels fantastic on my jacked up neck. The cooling effect is- almost immediate and itâs seemingly offering relief for an extended time ( 30 minutes so far and it feels like I just put it on) The smell reminds me of Bengay but honestly I donât care because it is feeling so good . It doesnât have the little roller like the Tylenol version which is also nice for application purposes. But the relief it is offering is a10/10.

Easy relief from pain
Just recently ran across this and had to try it. It’s a huge help with any kind of pain from stiff muscles to sore knees. It’s quite effective, doesn’t feel greasy, and absorbs really well.
