well made, intense roller
This roller gives a really intense “massage”– almost too much for me at first (and I like a lot of pressure) but I am quickly adjusting to it and enjoying it a lot now. Also, I realized that I can adjust the pressure by how hard I press with my hand on the handle. I was used to having to press really hard to get an effect, but this roller does the work for you, so you don’t have to work so hard!The handle is comfortable in my hand, and the roller rolls smoothly and feels like it is well made and will last a long time.The unit is smaller than I expected– the handle is approx 4 inches long and the roller is about an inch a and a half wide. I had imagined it to be larger, but it’s working just fine at this size.

Amazing little tool!
Iâm blown away by the quality of this! For the price, itâs solid. Not too heavy and not too pointy. Iâm using it for plantar fasciitis relief in conjunction with red light and infrared therapy as well as stretching. I can already feel relief and notice the excess blood flow to the areas I use it. This is 100% worth every penny! Easy to use and works great! Donât hesitate to get it for yourself!

I thought this could work for pain, but I never thought it would exceed my expectations!! This little gadget is a miracle worked for my feet pain, hip pain etc. i am trying it on my belly fat, ill be amazed if it breaks up fat cells. Lol.
