Nice for stretching my neck
This neck traction pillow is great for stretching and relaxing my neck after a long day.The pillow is the perfect shape for giving just the right amount of stretch, and the softness of the foam doesn’t cause any pain like some of the firmer neck traction pillows can.Due to its shape, this pillow could be placed under your lower back for stretching your lumbar region as well.The acupressure knobs are nice, and can help with some of the smaller, less intense knots in my neck and upper back, but if you need something to hit the deeper knots, then this pillow might be a little too soft for that.

Honestly, wasn’t sure what to expect with this. It is probably the weirdest device I’ve used on my neck, that is for sure! It does actually give my stubborn neck some pain relief as it helps relax the tight muscles I have since I have a desk job staring at a computer screen all day. The only thing I wish was better is that it was a little bit stiffer to really really dig into my acupuncture points. It does dig in now, I just like having really aggressive neck acupuncture devices since my neck is more stubborn than most peoples.
