Try it Out – It is amazing!
I cannot get enough of these and stop sharing them. I do get actual acupuncture on occasion so it’s not exactly the same but it is great for in between appointments when you need a little replenishing. I honestly have lost count of how many of these I have purchased. I have one for myself of course at home, as well as one a my brothers and cousins where I frequently visit. And, I’ve gifted so many of these because I have to share it’s greatness. Initially, it may take some getting used to but after a while, it is amazing and you don’t want to get off of it. The points are so relaxing to feel on your back, it’s soothing. Sometimes I even lean into it to put a little more pressure. I have back issues from an old car accident and this helps immensely. I recommend giving it a try.

Taylor Swift Made Me Buy It. It’s Fine, But It Won’t Last
I bought this because my cult leader (aka Taylor Swift) apparently loves something similar and gifted it to one of her openers. Being in the cult she leads, I obviously ran out and bought it myself. It’s ok. It does feel god when you lay on it. But I don’t think it will last very long. The foam inside the pillow and back pad does not feel substantial, and the plastic grips also feel a little flimsy. For the cost, can’t complain too much, I’m not expecting it to last forever. I wish $20 went further than it does nowadays, though.

Love the amount I call it my torture mat. When I lay on, it takes a minute to get used to it, but it definitely does help my back one of the best products Iâve bought for pain.

Bought this as present for a family member. Was a little disappointed it seems cheaper than I expected. But still effective. She likes it. I guess if you donât want to spend much just to try acupressure mats this will get the job done. Then you can upgrade later if you feel the need.

Wow!!!
I ordered this acupressure mat and pillow to try to help with my back and neck pain and also try to help reactivate the nerves in my legs being as I’m unable to walk do to a stroke and also functioning neurological disorder….all I can say is wow!!! This not only has relieved back and neck pain but it also got rid of a pinched nerve that I had in my back and neck! I am still using it to help with the nerves in my legs…it’s helping just very slowly.Looking forward to more results based on what I’ve experienced so far!

This product really works
My husband has tried numerous things on his back to no avail. His muscles get so knotted I can feel the knots under his skin. Give him 20 minutes lying on this mat and the knots are gone. The neck pillow is also great for tired neck muscles and headaches.

Surprising
I bought this set to address back pain. While it didnât really help much, using the pillow relieves tension in my neck. This is somewhat effective for muscle tension and is not as bad as it looks! It didnât take but maybe 30 seconds to adjust to the feel of the texture.

This Acupressure Mat Feels Good To Use
I bought this acupressure mat because I have some back pain that I think is muscular in nature. The pain was intermittent but I haven’t had any in the past 9 days that I have been using the mat. I’m thrilled!The mat is very relaxing to lie down on and feels good. I lie on my back on it with a tee shirt on. I use the pillow as well. i lie down for 20 minutes on it and today I tried 30 minutes. I think 20 minutes is enough for it to do it’s job.I’m glad I bought it. It’s a small price to pay for the relaxation.
