Wow!
I had been wanting a pranamat for over a year but just couldn’t justify spending close to 400/500$ on one. I randomly decided to look on amazon for a mat and see what they had.. I found so many options but loved that this was linen and such a good price for a full set! ITS SUPER NICE AND GOOD QUALITY. It really helps to relieve pain and discomfort. My husband uses it and my 4.5 year old son loves it. I plan to use this mat as a distraction technique during my labor in a few days. Definitely recommend this brand!

Great product
I am very happy with this purchase. Matt is amazing for the price. Well made (strong), easy to use, clear instructions, looks good and makes me feel very good after a couple of minutes of using it. At first it hurts as usual but eventually it helps a lot with pain and does what it intends. I feel more relax after using it.

Let me save you time. There are not any reliable comparisons out there on acupressure mats. It’s a roll of the dice. They vary in materials, size, components and most importantly, the pressure provided by the “spikes.”What I like about this mat:1) “Spikes” are sharp, meaning you are not likely to grow out of this mat any time soon.2) This mats is reportedly made of environmentally responsible materials and by fairly treated labor.3) It is an attractive mat.4) You get lots for your money, as compared to the other options. You get a large main mat, pillow, foot mat, lumbar support and carry bag.And finally, yes, these mats do work as promoted. I can feel the chemical changes inside, which melt away the stress and seem to be helping with sleep. Don’t really have back problems, so not sure if mats help there.No, I am not a company rep and paid full price for my mat.Cheers.

Suprisinly Feels Good
This takes a bit of getting used to. At first I thought it was uncomfortable but after 5 minutes or so it became comfortable as I adjusted to the new sensations. Now I really enjoy it.I purchased this, (the pillow mostly) to help with tinnitus – I do feel greater circulation and I will update this if I find any noteworthy improvements.
