Relaxation, Pain and Stress Relief
I recently tried an acupressure mat, and honestly, I was skeptical when I heard about it. At first glance, the mat looks intense â itâs covered with thousands of tiny plastic spikes, and itâs hard not to wonder if lying on it would be painful. Surprisingly, itâs not as uncomfortable as I thought it would be. After just a few minutes of lying on it, I found that the initial discomfort gave way to a warming, soothing sensation. Itâs like a deep tissue massage, but in a gentler, more sustained way. The mat is large enough to cover most of your back, and the pillow that comes with it is a nice bonus for targeting neck tension. But after using it for a few nights, Iâm pleasantly surprised by how much of a difference itâs made in both my relaxation and pain relief routine.

Great for relaxation
Wasnât sure what to expect with this acupuncture mat. It is a little intimidating at first, and if you step on it barefoot or press on it without clothes, it is intense. Trying it with a sweatshirt I didnât feel much of anything at all, so you have to have something lighter on, like a T-shirt. Once you lay comfortably on it and lay there for a little while, it definitely seems to provide some relaxation.. seems to be very good quality. The carrying bag and the thin sheet that comes with it to lessen the intensity are both nice bonuses.

Initially intimidating
The product is folded snugly into a bag that can be carried around. I thought I pricked my finger when I was unraveling the product. When laying on it with clothes, it’s actually not bad. I do feel more relaxed. I’ll have to try it out longer to see if I gain more energy. The cloth that it comes with is thin so I don’t necessarily think it’s useful. I haven’t tried putting the items back into the bag, but I hope it won’t be difficult to put back. I assume this will be useful on car rides so I’ll be trying it out when I take a trip.

Quality product for the price
This comes with a number of pads – a larger one for the general back area, a smaller one for your feet and then a sloped pillow for your head/neck. Each pad has the spikes throughout one side. I am not too familiar with acupuncture/acupressure but thought I would try this for to release the tightness in my back and neck. Laid as instructed on the pad for my back. It wasnât too uncomfortable- once I adjusted to having the spikes in my back I was fine. You could intensify the pressure my pressing your body part deeper into the mat. I actually would have been able to fall asleep. Too soon to give any sort of review as to whether it did anything.I can speak to the quality of the item. The pads seemed to be well constructed and the spikes donât move nor seem like they would come off easily. Itâs nice to have the pads a 3 separate pieces so that different sized people can adjust to suit their size. It comes with an extra cover for the pillow and a bag that easily carries it all. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. If youâre looking for an acupressure mat, I would give this one a try.

This is the highest quality acupressure mat I have encountered so far. It’s very easy to use, and the sense of relief that I get from this mat is really high. It’s such a thorough piece, too (I have seen plenty of acupressure pads that are much, much smaller for a similar price). I use this regularly, and it just helps lift me up

This is very good quality. I do feel over all improvement in my general well being. But, not really any pain relief. It is very intense! I like that they include a sheet so that itâs not as intense. Just wish it covered all 3 parts. Itâs expensive. But, I think itâs worth having good quality. I love that it is made with natural materials!

Never used Acupressure mate before but after friend’s suggestion i decided to give it a try and what can i say!! My worst back pain is much much better after using. Better Pain relief of body , Low Stress level and relaxes my body.Easy to use, Very light and easy to move around. and easy to clean (Just clean with clean wet wash clothe).
