Acupressure hand tool
Great acupressure tool. Works sooo much better then acuseeds.Reusable needle free.My sympathetic system is constantly fighting for control and hands between thumb and index fingers always tight. These help my heart rate and stress levels.If you plan to move hands/thumbs a lot wear a pair of fingerless gloves over top to help keep in place. Other wise they slide off.Very good tool. Highly recommend

Didnt find it effective for myself
I would say it’s ok, not very comfortable and can be hard to fit in the right spot. I have horrible migraines and didnt find it effective, also hand size and device is important, you want to find your pressure point as this is what it is made for and help with relief. It didn’t help me , but everyone is different might work for you.

Jury still out
I have chronic migraines caused by the changing barometric pressure and have been using the original ice hat (also sold on Amazon) for a few years to help with the pain, which they do. But, I need a backup. A co-worker saw the Aculief advertised and told me about it. I don’t know how much the materials cost to make these, but my first impression is that they have a hefty profit margin. I also have a difficult time keeping it on, but to be fair, I haven’t watched their Youtube video yet, so I might be doing something wrong. They’ve made me feel a bit light headed but have lessened the pain. The real test will be whether I can use one at work without losing it and while functioning. So, this review will probably be updated. I like the idea of this product and really hope this becomes a standby for me.

No pain relief for me
I’m glad this works for so many people. I just wish I was one of them. ðThe quality is 5-star, but since it doesn’t do what is supposed to (for me, at least), it was a waste of money. It just doesn’t fit well. If I push it back to “fit snugly” so that there is no gap, then it rests on my bones and leaves a bruise. If left out like in the picture, then it slips off with the slightest movement.Even with all the placement problems, I tried to wear it for two hours during a migraine to no effect.

Itâs a miracle!!!
I am so blessed I found this for my mom. She has high blood pressure and regularly suffers from servere headache. She would take pain reliever everytime her headache gets bad although I told her not to take too much pain reliever pill.I was absolutely in doubt when I see the ad about Aculief but I decided to try it anyway. I rarely have a headache or any kind of pain thank to my young age, but I know from the beginning this is for my mom. However, I did get a chance to use it even before my mom get her first try. That day my head had a heavy feeling since morning, itâs not a headache but I feel very tired at work. I left Aculief at home so I couldnât try it until very late that night when I got home. So I put it on for about 20 mins then I felt some kind of relief, I took it off and went to wash dishes. By the time Iâve done with the dishes I already felt better, but my headache wasnât really a headache so I was still in doubt, and decided to wait for my mom to test it.My mom just called and said IT WORKS!! I swear this is the best thing Iâve heard in a long time. Both me and her were very surprise but whatâs matter is the result. Now my mom wonât have to depend too much on pain reliever for her headache. This product is not only a relief for my mom but also for me.It doesnt hurt to keep it stay on although it will leave a small mark for a while (picture). It is easy to wear although I think Iâm still confused about where the right spot at. Thereâre some instruction and review videos on Youtube that are pretty helpfull.I wish more people know about Aculief, and if youâve ever in doubt, just go ahead and try because miracle does happen!!

This is an incredible invention!
My husband and I both suffer from migraines and we have been using the two pack of Acculief for about a week now whenever the beginning of a headache strikes! What I like about it is it doesnât have any side effects and it works very quickly. We used to take a lot of Aleve and aspirin and our stomachs are terrible as a result of it and this is so much more helpful and it doesnât hurt our stomachs! Not too helpful for long time
I bought these for my adult son who suffers from migraines at least 3-4 days per week. He tried them but said that they did not help his headache and he actually felt kind of nauseous after he put them on and wore them for a while. He finally couldn’t stand being sick to his stomach along with the migraine and opted to take them off. He has always been pretty much “treatment resistant” for these migraines so don’t just go by this review.

Great concept, not extremely effective
I was very excited about this product and wanted to love it because I like to limit the amount of pain medication I take. So, the idea of using a natural method was great. Iâve had a few different types of headaches (sinus, tension, hunger, and eye strain) that Iâve used this product to help with; the results were just okay. The product says it instantly relieves the headache in 30 seconds, but I didnât notice a difference that quickly. What I did notice is that the longer I kept it on, I kind of just forgot about my headache, and when I thought about it again the pain had lessened. Also, while I understand the concept of the device and where the placement must be because of the pressure point, itâs not very practical because it doesnât stay in place if youâre using your hands for any reason even when you place it on your non-dominant hand. Overall, the concept is great but the execution leaves a little to be desired. Itâs not a bad product, but if I lost it, I wouldnât consider buying it again

I suffer from chronic migraine which means I have it all the time, day and night so I got a bit excited about this hoping it would help. Sadly no, it didnt. It was a bit tight but I had read that you would just open it up to make it more confortable, which I did and it was. I think I may have asked a bit much of it but am so pleased it does help others. For me its back to the drawing board!
