I put this on my toes at night for my Naropathy. Works.
Really works well. But I’ve recently discovered an exercise that is even better. Put a towel on the floor and place feet on it. Try to pick up the towel with your toes. I do this about 10 mins a few times a day. Especially closer to bed time and it’s amazing how much better my toes pain is. Great for circulation..Try it.. but this product really dulls the pain at night so I can fall asleep..Try Both..

It wasn’t exactly what I was looking for or hoping for but I’d recommend something like this for sore muscles and injuries (if Biofreeze works for you this could work). Not for chronic pain.

Really good on deep bruises
Within the last year I have fallen hard twice. A new addition to the aging syndrome in my life. In the process I had some very deep inside internal bruising in my chest area…or at least that is what it felt like. None on my historical medications seemed to provide much relief. By accident I tried Absorbine Jr. PRO Max Strength Topical Lidocaine Cream and it worked great in comparison to those traditional solutions of the past. For me at least, it was a very positive experience. with the roll-on version being easy and convenient to apply.

It Stinks Getting Old â This Helps
Once I hit 50, there were unexplainable pains. Sure, I get in my steps. And I try really hard to follow the doctor’s orders. But hurt happens. Perhaps it’s my Saint Berdoodle, who insists on climbing into the bed during the wee hours and laying on me. It could also be the cheap-ass mattress that I bought from IKEA. Either way, this cream provides a nice little respite from the ache in my lower back. Plus, it doesn’t emit a major odor. I’ll be buying this stuff until my back doesn’t ache.
