Not terrible but not great.
I bought this because I have always wanted one and I thought it would make for a great visual stim for myself and it does. Although sometimes the pieces that connect will pop out and I have to fix them. It’s an easy enough fix unless the pieces eventually break fully. It’s made of plastic so my expectations on it breaking eventually are average expectations. As I stated previously though it’s not bad and it’s visually satisfying for me until I notice a piece that has popped out and I need to fix it, it’s good. It’s quiet so it could be taken on car trips/traveling/etc yet it’s not small enough that you would be able to keep it on your person unless you carry it in backpack/large bag.Once again, it’s plastic (the entire thing) the connection pieces are small. If you give this to a little one who you already are aware is rough with their fidgets/stims/toys this is not for them. It’s light, MADE OF PLASTIC, and the pieces could break. Expecting this to be indestructible and thinking it would never, ever, EVER break is silly. All things break.For what it is I enjoy this fidget/stim and I will keep it. Will I buy another? It’s a possibility.

Better than the Hoberman Mini Sphere
I ordered both this product and the original Hoberman Mini Sphere. This product is the best of the two. Much more sturdy and thick, the Hoberman sphere feels very flimsy and easy to break. The quality of this oneâs material causes it to have a tiny bit of resistance. So if you like to sling it up in the air and watch it expand, then you just have to sling it a little harder than you would the Hoberman. Definitely a better buy for children!!! I will be gifting this one to my child and keeping the Hoberman for my office desk. Both are very satisfying to play with. One thing that may be a problem for some buyers is the color that it came in. I thought that I was buying the rainbow themed one, the sphere the cake is all blue and black. But my boy will like that better anyway!

Good for breathing visual, but not for tossing
I was surprised when I opened my package and the colors weren’t as pictured, but this is stated in the product description, so it was an oversight on my part. I had an expandable ball when I was young, and we would throw it around and play catch with it outside. This product is not that. The plastic feels like it will snap with a good toss, and the joints are likely to hold up white flags upon contact with the ground. However, I’m planning to use it as a breathing visual with kids in a yoga class, so it will work for what I’m going to use it for. It does have a strong plastic smell, one piece is a bit dirty, and a joint needs to have the excess plastic trimmed.

Very cheap plastic it lasted about 3 days with my autistic granddaughter. Itâs supposedly for an autistic person not sturdy at all.

Better than expected
I was worried this might be one of those toys that breaks within minutes of opening, but it’s still going strong. I have a 12 y.o. and 3 y.o. and both love it. It reminded my 12 y.o. of coping skills he learned in counseling 7 years ago!

For S$16, I did not expect such a poor quality product. it arrived poorly wrapped in a small loose and thin bubble wrap sheet. The plastic parts are poorly cut out, and two of the spokes were not connected to the product properly
