Good taste, melted well.
This is the first time I have used the 365 cheese. I was pleasantly surprised. The flavor was good, and it melted well in soup and quesadillas. It was as good or better than Kraft, and definitely melted better than great value or best choice.We will be purchasing this again, and I would recommend.

Yay! No More Animal Rennet
I’ve had to avoid this product because it always had animal rennet in it. But, I’m happy to see that microbial enzymes have replaced all animal enzymes in all the cheeses in this blend. Thank you 365!
